How many system do we need to change? We had 4 new systems in a year, where the root problem is passion.
No matter what system you have, as long as no passion, you are damn dead.
Just compare the DC file last time. In Andrew's year, everyone has an average of 3 records per year. Until Hong Liang's year an average of 20 per year. And yet the discipline and duty did not improve. Why?
Passion is the root problem. And to solve it, by having more BONDING activities. Which was suggested N times since last year. Yet nothing was done.
Which means another problem ----> Leader's passion and leadership.
Which shows that leader determined how well an organization goes.
No leader = no system = say bye bye.
